How To Order We currently ship to USA and Canada only. We ship to all USA locations, including all 50 states and all USA possessions and territiories. We also ship to all US military bases located abroad. We ship to all provinces of Canada. To order use the PayPal Shopping Carts system installed on each page of the Products Catalogue. PayPal is the safest system in existence for online credit card ordering, and will also accept electronic payments directly from your checking account. The shopping carts will automatically keep track of all your selections, and will add in shipping. To see the total smount with shipping at any time click on "Checkout" on the "View Shopping Cart" page. You can always go back to shopping, change quantities, or delete any or all items from your shopping cart at any time, before or after clicking on Checkout. PayPal utilizes a secured server for maximum security. All your selections and any other information entered are fully encrypted for safe and secure transmission.

International Sales (currently only to Canada): All international sales are final. Buyer is responsible for any and all tarrifs and customs fees. We cannot accept responsibility for customs costs or any other customs related issues. USA-based Refunds and Exchanges: All refunds or exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be in the original condition, with all packaging and, where applicable, any related documentation such as certificates of authenticity included. Instructional flyers and leaflets do not need to be returned. There are no refunds or exchanges on special order items. At our discretion shop credit may be issued upon receipt of proof that the item did not meet expectations. In the event civil action is required by either party it will be conducted in a local NYC court venue. Purchase of items will be construed as proof of the customer's acceptance of these policies and conditions.
